摘要 A STUDY OF RISK MANAGEMENT FOR LARGE-SCALE CROSS-RIVER SHIELD TUNNEL PROJECTS ABSTRACT With the growing size of the cities, construction land increasingly scarce. In according to the target of “build the road on air, find the channel underground”, the project of highway, bridge and tunnel have developed quickly during these years. Especially in the cross-river transportation project, with the property of superior transportation capacity, independent to the navigable waterways, the tunnel projection has become more and more applications. The tunnel construction is a complex system project includes many types of subjects. It has the properties of large investment, complicated technology, long construction period, large components of the structure, wide concerned areas of the project and so on. During the construction of the tunnel project, there are many risks and unsure factors, these risks have the complex, diversity, comprehensive, and accidental property. So the importance of the projects management research for the construction of large scale underwater shield tunnel is more and more important. In this paper, the Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel project case, based on the establishment of large-scale cross-river tunnel project risk management framework. In this paper, based on the theory of risk management, make the risk management approach and methods clear. Using investigation and analysis method to identify risk, determine common factors of the construction of large scale underwater shield tunnel. So as to achieve the purpose of risk control. Through the examples of the Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel, this paper verifies the research contents. The result shows that the model and method can solve the real problem well. This research can provide reference for the identification, evaluation and management of the project.
