The Study on the Conditions of Democratic Stability and Develpment in Develeping Countries Abstract Democracy, now has gone through two thousand years of development since produced. As developed countries dominate the world order , developing countries are trying to improve their economic level and political level to improve their international status. However, series of phenomena such as military coups, social violence, political corruption, terrorism took place in many developing countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America which hindered the process of democratization. Thus, the problem of how to achieve democratic stability in developing countries and what are the conditions it need became the new aspects of the study on democracy. Modern democracy has achieven an effective limitation of state power by politcal elite programming competition ; at the same time, democracy is the foundation to ensure that citizens enjoy more rights and freedoms; finally, democracy is increasingly becoming an important foundation of a country’s legitimacy. Therefore, to achieve democratic stability and development is an inevitable choice to developing countries. Compared with developed countries, a longer time is required for developing countries to achieve democratic stability and establish a complete democratic system. So it makes that for developing countries the conditions of democracy becomes more important. Lack of condition’s effective supporting, even the best democratic system can only be reduced to the form and difficult to withstand the test of time. Today, to have a sound democratic system has to be an important task of the country’s political construction in developing countries. However, it can not be ignored is that developing countries should focus on how to create the conditions for the existence of democracy and development.
