PAGE 28 PAGE I l 本科毕业论文 广州市土地可持续利用评价及其障碍因素分析 指导教师 讲师 学院名称 公共管理学院 专业名称 土地资源管理 论文提交日期 2012年5月 论文答辩日期 2012年5月 摘 要 改革开放以来的30年是广州城市化发展的黄金时期，在这期间，广州迎来了前所未有的机遇，但在取得经济建设与城市建设的辉煌成就的同时也面临着巨大的压力和挑战，生态环境遭到破坏，人地矛盾日益突出等问题制约着广州的社会经济发展。土地是广州目前最为稀缺和珍贵的资源之一。如何在有限的土地资源上满足居民日益增长的生存发展需求的同时实现土地资源的持续利用成为社会以及学术界研究讨论的热点问题。因此，土地可持续利用研究对促进广州缓和人地矛盾，保持经济社会繁荣发展尤为重要。 本文在探讨土地可持续利用基本理论的基础上，结合城市化的背景，对广州市的土地可持续利用进行评价。首先简要分析土地可持续利用的基础理论以及广州的地理经济概况；然后根据一定的原则，从资源环境合理性、经济可行性、社会可接受性三方面建立广州市土地可持续利用评价指标体系，并采用层次分析法对广州市的土地可持续利用水平进行了定量分析；接着，根据评价结果对评价指标进行障碍因素分析，得出阻碍广州土地可持续发展的主要因素；最后针对这些因素以及上述分析结果对广州市城市化进程中出现的土地利用问题进行探讨，并提出相关的对策建议。 关键词 土地可持续利用 障碍因素 广州市 Research on the Evaluation of Sustainable Land Use of Guangzhou and its Obstacles Huang Yingxin (College of Public Management, South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou 510642, China) Abstract: Since the reform and opening up of China in 1978, Guangzhou have experienced the golden era of urban development .
