The improvement on patients’ social function made a possibility for patients to return to the society. Aripiprazole had a strong influence on leptin and ghrelin level, but no significant effect on body weight. Risperidone had an obvious influence on leptin, adiponectin and insulin level, which may induce weight increase. The reason for weight increasing has possibility to link with leptin resistance
