This condition is often observed in conventional dental films or occasionally on panoramic radiographs. Cemental dysplasia is easily misdiagnosed as chronic periapical periodontitis, osteomyelitis, and tumor. In this paper, clinical mani- festations, imaging diagnosis, and the correlation between these variables are analyzed to achieve correct diagnosis.
