It often blocks traffic and river，destroys factory and mine and burries villages and towns and even results in a great loss of life and property. The author，based on experience and research for landslide control of 44 a and connected engineering geology with rock mechanics，presents several key techniques and its handling measures in landslide prevention so that it can provide reference to the technicians who are engaged in landslide disaster controlling.
