当代大学生道德知行分离问题研究 摘 要 在当代，大学生道德难以知行统一，出现知行分离问题，是大学生思想政 治教育低效的主要表现和部分成因。因此，研究当代大学生道德知行分离问题 是提高高校思想政治教育实效性研究的切入点和重要工作。 “知”主要指道德认知，即对道德的知识性把握；“行”主要指道德实践， 即对道德的实践性表达。“知”与“行”理应是辩证统一的关系。这种辩证统 一是过程也是结果，是具体的、历史的、有条件的。而当条件不具备或统一过 程中某环节出现偏差时，就会产生知行分离问题，即在道德生活中主体对道德 知识性的把握与实践性表达之间的脱节乃至相悖，亦即道德认知与道德实践的 分离。按照“知”与“行”的内在关系划分，当代大学生道德知行分离有不知 而行、知而不行、低知高行、高知低行、知行相悖五种表现。 其成因在于大学生的“知”、“知行转化”、“行”等方面存在问题，具体表 现为“知”的目的歪曲、“知”的内容紊乱、“知”的方法单一、道德情感匮乏、 道德信念缺失、道德意志软弱、大学生自身道德能力不足、社会客观条件的限 制等，阻碍了大学生的知行统一。 应对这一问题，需要使道德认知、道德情感、道德信念、道德意志和道德 行为不断完善，协同发挥作用，即更好地激发和维持大学生的道德动机。因此， 需要通过规范道德认知的目的，整合道德认知的内容，丰富道德认知的方法， 强化科学的道德认知；通过培育道德情感，树立道德信念，培养道德意志，促 进正向的“知行转化”；通过增强大学生的道德能力，注重校园行为的管理， 优化社会道德环境，实现有效的道德实践。 然而，当代大学生道德知行分离问题由来已久，成因复杂，目前难以形成 学校、家庭、社会齐抓共管的局面，再加上知行之间原本存在一定的张力，因 此，知行分离问题会长期存在，只能减少，不能从根本上解决。 关键词：当代大学生；道德生活；知行分离 Research on the Problem of the Moral Separation of Knowing and Doing of Contemporary College Students Abstract In contemporary, it is the main performance and part of the cause of college students’ ideological and political education inefficiency that their moral to unity of knowing and doing hard and separation of knowing and doing problem occurring. Therefore, it is the starting point and important work of improving the college students’ ideological and political education effectiveness research to study the contemporary college students moral separation of knowing and doing. “Knowing” mainly refers to the moral cognition, that is, the moral knowledge understanding; “doing” refers to moral practice, that is, the expression of moral practice. “Knowing” and “doing” should be the dialectical unification relations.
