摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 党的十八大提出全面建成小康社会和全面深化改革开放的目标，为加快 转变经济发展方式，改善民生和大力推进生态文明建设，全面促进资源节约、 环境友好的背景下，结合目前国内经济发展与环境保护尖锐矛盾下，开展了 关于实现工业园区发展与环保节能相关问题的探讨和研究。经过对各种模式 供热理论和实践的对比分析，经济效益测算，得出最理想、最实际的供热模 型。以南昌小蓝开发区供热为例，分析了供热现状，热力市场交易的可行性 和必要性，以及下一步实施保障措施。 通过编制工业园区供热专项规划，调查园区的用热情况和进一步规划园 区的用热发展，在现有的基础设施的条件下，尽量减少投资，采取铺设热力 管网，将热用户之间互联成网，运用市场价值规律，将生产工业蒸汽成本较 低企业作为供热的热源点，在其满足自身需求以外的多余的蒸汽销售给热网 公司，热网公司通过热力管网输送到生产工业蒸汽成本较高的企业销售，这 些企业只要能买到比自己生产成本更低的工业蒸汽，他们愿意接受热网公司 销售的蒸汽，这样通过市场交易，资源得到有效整合，即解决了备用锅炉设 备闲置，又替代了高污染、低能耗的小锅炉。通过引入市场竞争机制，整合 资源，自然法则淘汰那些高污染、高能耗的小锅炉，实现多热源互联供热交 易的理论、模型和对策。 关键词：多热源；热网；市场交易；节能减排 I Abst Abstract ABSTRACT The 18th Party Congress of China put forward a comprehensive well-off society and the deepening of reform and opening up overall goals. In order to accelerate the change of the growth model, improve the peoples wellbeing, make great efforts to promote ecological progress, promote all-around resource conservation and environmentally friendly. In the case of the sharp contradiction between the development of the domestic economy and environmental protection, this paper studies the related problems of industrial park development and environmental protection and energy saving. After comparative analysis and economic efficiency of the heating mode in theory and practice, this paper presents the most ideal and practical heating model. This paper takes the Nanchang Xiaolan Development Area heat supply for example, analyzes the heating status, expounds the possibility and necessity of heating market, discusses the implementation of security measures in the next step. Formulate the special planning of the district heat supply, through the investigation of the hot zone, further plan the heat supply development of the park, using the existing infrastructure, reduce the investment, lay heat pipe, form a net between heat users.
