WORD格式整理版 WORD格式整理版 学习参考好帮手 学习参考好帮手 WORD格式整理版 学习参考好帮手 河北联合大学轻工学院 QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI 毕业设计说明书 设计（论文）题目：240万吨热轧板带车间设计（典型产品5mm） 学生姓名： 学 号： 专业班级： 学 部：材料化工部 指导教师： 2012年5月24日 摘 要 本设计为年产240万吨的板带生产工艺设计，本着多品种，多规格的原则制定了产品大纲，其中最主要的是汽车板，并以其为出发点，尽量从工艺上使产品作到高质量、高附加值。 本设计中选用厚度为150mm的坯料。选用150mm厚板坯，可以保证热带连轧车间的产量，适合任务书要求。为了在粗轧阶段给予板坯大的压下，本设计中选用了两架强有力可逆粗轧，使粗轧时间和精轧时间更好的配合，并增加了加热炉的数量以满足产量要求。（一架主用，一架备用，可用于生产调整等）。另外本设计中比较详细地介绍了加热、除鳞、立辊、粗轧、精轧、冷却、卷取等一整套热带连轧过程。并针对典型产品厚度（5mm）进行了压下规程设计，包括压下量的分配、速度制度的确定、温度制度的确定以及力能参数的计算等等各方面参数的选定。也对轧辊强度和电机能力进行了校核。 最后本设计对热带生产过程中车间内各种消耗做了介绍核计算，并对车间的产量进行了计算，满足任务书要求。 关键词： 热轧板带；轧制工艺；轧制设备 WORD格式整理版 WORD格式整理版 ABSTRACT This paper designs for the work plant which yearly produces 2.4million tons strips production. For the principle of more varieties and more specifications we develop a product program of that the major is auto plate. Taking it as the starting point ,we try our best to make the products high grade and the high attachment value as far as possible. In this paper we choose the stock with 150mm.The stock with 150mm can guarantee the production of the workshop of hot strap tandem rolling and adapt the require of the task. In this paper the specification will not be confined by compression ratio. We have big press at the stage of rough rolling. In this paper we choose two strength reversible rough rolling and increase the number of heating-furnace to meet the requirement of production. In addition, we describe detailed the whole process of hot strip tandem rolling including heating, decaling, vertical roll, rough rolling, finish rolling, cooling and curling. Especially,
