摘 摘 要 摘 要 35kV电压等级的供配电系统是众多大中型工矿企业的首选，也是该企业的动力 中枢。目前正在运行的企业35kV变电站中普遍存在运行时间长，设备老化，技术 落后等问题，其中变电站防雷接地系统的接地极锈蚀严重，接地运行性能劣化，严 重影响企业的安全生产和企业经济效益。然而，由于企业资金不足，往往使变电站 改造的投资项目久拖不决。近年来，企业的安全生产和经济效益的矛盾日益突出， 变电站防雷接地改造问题不得不提上议事日程。 本文以焦作市佰利联有限公司35 kV变电站防雷接地改造为例，在广泛的技术 信息收集，对公司变电站的防雷接地系统的运行情况进行总结和分析，结合公司实 际情况，通过技术经济方案比较，优选出了技术先进，材料性能优越，施工工艺简 单方便的铜镀钢棒防雷接地系统技术改造，最终以焦作市佰利联有限公司变电站作 为试点，引进红外在线监测系统。对站内运行的电气设备进行监测，可有效提高企 业供配电系统的安全可靠性和稳定性。 关键词：线路防雷；耐雷水平；线路型避雷器；红外在线监测 万方数据 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract The level of 35kV substations is wildly used in many factory and supply electric energy for the entire enterprise．But there exists many problems such as long-time-operation，aging of the electric equipment and backward management that should be settled emmiditlly．Among those problems，the croded liguting protection system affected the company’S safety production and economic benefits most．However, factories would not willing to rebuild a new substation for the reson that it need a lot of mony．In resent years，the safty problem became more and more serious that factories have to pay attention．Thus，reform of the transformation substation light protection and grounding is put on agenda by the factory． Taking the 35kV substation of Baililian company as an example，we collect the information and analyze the status of lightning based on the 3 5kV lightning protection and grounding system of JiaoZuo Bailian company．We compare the two designs combined with the company’S specific circumstance and complete the reform of the 3 5kV substation lightning protection and grounding system．Finally,we introduce an infrared line monitoring system for the 3 5kV substation of the JiaoZuo Baililian to realise 24hour monitoring．Through the erection of the substation grounding system of infrared lighting monitoring systems for power-line monitoring equipment，we improve the stability and reliability of the substation． Keywords：line lightning protect；light withstand level；infrared online monitoring；line lighting ar
