RESEARCH ONⅡ叮TERACTIVE DEVELOPNⅡNT OF SH㈧GHlAI PORT LOGISTICS AND n叮TERNATIONAI，TR ADE AB STRACT In recent years，with economy development，China has increasingly become an important partner of many countries and ranked first in the wodd goods trade．Since joining the WTO，the international trade in Shanghai achieved rapid development，but also with the development of port logistics，has become China’S largest port city． At present，Shanghai port logistics and international trade have formed a certain momentum of development，and gained a pivotal position in China’S economy,with the advancement of the national strategic goals，the fhture development of international trade．m Shanghai and port logistics will continue to grow．International trade and port logistics development are inseparable，especially in the important port city of Shanghai，but the complex domestic and international environment for development，whether port logistics and international trade can maintain long-period positive interaction，and promote the healthy development of Shanghai and the country,is of great significance．Therefore，this paper aims to study the interaction between the two，to explore the mechanism of interaction，and discover the laWS of both interactive and promote positive interaction． Firstly,summarized on the domestic and foreign scholars’study on international trade and port logistics；followed by analysis on the status of both the development and status of the two．On this basis，using of existing data to analyze the interactive relationship between the two with empirical analysis，and referring to domestic and international experience iIl port logistics and international trade as experience，this paper will propose Shanghai development direction and goal，and propose measures to achieve botII positive interactions．This article intends to take a comprehensive analysis of Shanghai port logistics and international trade，propose appropriate countermeasures，ultimately help promote the sound devel
