会计专业硕士培养模式探究论文 　　摘要：以调查问卷结果为依据，围绕培养模式的基本要素——培养目标、培养过程和培养评价，探讨如何培养会计学硕士研究生。笔者认为大多数高等院校应该以培养综合应用型会计人才为目标，从减少学制、发挥导师作用、完善课程体系、革新教学方法和更新教材、加强师资建设等方面规范培养过程，提倡以写作毕业论文为主要的培养评价方法。 　　关键词：会计学，硕士研究生；培养模式 　　Abstract:Basedonthequestionnaire,thepaperdiscussestheeducationmodelofaccountingpostgraduatefromeducationobjectives,,,theeducationprocessshouldbestandardizedfromthefollowingaspects:reducingeducationduration,performingfunctionoftutors,perfectingcoursesdesign,reformingteachingmethodsandmaterials,trainingfacultiesandtakingthesisasthebasisofevaluation. 　　Keywords:accounting;postgraduate;educationmodel
