哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 - PAGE II - - PAGE I - 建筑施工行业安全教育效果评估指标研究 摘 要 现在我国正在进行大范围的经济建设，受到生产力水平和员工素质的影响，建筑施工企业的安全事故经常的产生，使具有安全性的人的生产建设问题变成社会关注的热点，它已变成建筑施工行业向前迈进的阻碍。安全生产是关系到人的生命健康、社会安定和谐的根本问题，国家经济成长的主要保证。据理论的分析和具体的事故统计，致使事故发生的根本原因是人的不安全行为，而建筑施工企业多数员工安全知识欠缺、缺乏安全意识、安全习惯不良。安全教育可以加强建筑施工企业人员的安全知识、观念和意识，增强安全技能，可以改善安全习惯，以达成所需的安全状态，进而改善如今的安全生产局面，从根底上杜绝或减少事故的发生。 本文基于对建筑施工行业的安全教育以及效果评估的重要作用进行了分析，介绍了国内外安全教育的现状，阐述了安全教育的目的、形式和内容，同时也给出了安全教育效果评估指标分析的基本原则和主要方法。最后采用柯氏评估模型，从反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层四个层面，采取定性与定量相结合的方法，对建筑施工企业的安全教育效果评估的指标予以分析，为建筑施工企业的安全教育工作的持续改善与健全提供参考。 关键词　建筑施工；安全教育；评估指标 Index of Construction Industry Safety Education Effect Evaluation Abstract Now our ongoing large-scale economic development is affected by the level of productivity and quality of the staff, accidents often produce construction companies, having the security of human production and construction issues become the focus of attention, it has become building and construction industry forward obstacles. Safety is related to peoples life and health, social stability and harmony of the fundamental problems, mainly to ensure the countrys economic growth. According to theoretical analysis and specific accident statistics, the fundamental causes of the accident was human unsafe behavior, while the majority of employees of construction enterprises lack security knowledge, a lack of safety awareness, bad security habits. Safety education can enhance security knowledge and awareness of construction enterprises personnel, enhanced safety skills that can improve safety habits in order to achieve the desired security state, thus improving the security situation in todays production, from the foundation to prevent or reduce accidents.
