浅谈SFIS 管理系统在昌硕科技公司的推广及运用 摘要 随着信息的快速发展，电子产品正向着小型化、轻量化、模块化、智能化和复合化等 方向发展，这就对电子设备的可靠性、高能性退出了更高的要求。生产制造执行系统 MES （Manufacturing Execution System，工厂制造执行系统）在传统的制造企业领域得到了 较好的应用，但对于现代国内的表面贴装（Surface Mount Technology ，SMT）行业，显 然传统的制造执行系统的已经体现出严重不足，并制约了 SMT 行业的发展。本论文从企业 生产上的系统控制论的角度出发，以电子产品制造企业为背景，昌硕科技的对SFIS 的应用 为例，基于 MES 理论的电子产品制造企业的生产管理模式，给出了一个较为完善的系统模 型，重点以昌硕科技有限公司生产运用的 SFIS （Shop Floor Integrated System，SFIS） 管理系统在 SMT 行业的电子加工制造企业“昌硕科技有限公司”的应用进行探讨分析，总 结了SFIS 系统在昌硕科技有限公司生产过程中发挥的巨大作用，以期对其他SMT 型企业在 生产管理过程中有所启迪和帮助。 关键字：制造执行系统 昌硕科技 SFIS 运用及推广 1 Discussion on SFIS management system’s development and application In Pegatron Technology Co.
