PAGE 摘要 真空设备一般除了要求具有高效率外还要求具有高可靠性，密封性能是影响真空设备可靠性的最重要因素之一。高梯度定向凝固设备通过一系列的相关部件来保证其真空环境，而真空及其密封性的好坏，对工艺控制，产品的质量都有着直接的影响。考虑密封性对真空定向凝固炉的重要影响，本文基于5Kg真空定向凝固炉的设计项目，主要完成以下几点设计内容： (1)分析研究真空密封技术各种密封形式、应用场合及各自优缺点。 (2)分析研究真空熔铸设备中密封结构的技术要求和特征参数。确定定向凝固设备的整体结构。 (3)针对高梯度定向凝固设备的法兰、炉门和电极三个关键部件的不同结构特征，并考虑密封材料、结构特点和机械加工精度的要求，分别对其并进行密封设计与研究。 关键词 真空设备 密封技术 定向凝固炉 法兰密封 炉门密封 电极密封 Abstract Vacuum devices typically require high efficiency in addition to things, require high reliability and sealing performance of the vacuum equipment reliability is one of the most important factor.
