WORD格式.可编辑 技术资料.整理分享 - 《青岛市城市地下空间开发利用规划研究》 - 青岛市城市地下空间开发利用规划研究 潘丽珍1 李传斌1 祝文君2 （1.青岛市城市规划设计研究院，山东青岛，266071； 2.清华大学，北京，100084） 摘 要： 针对目前青岛市城市发展中存在的用地紧张、交通拥挤等问题，提出了开发利用城市地下空间是解决这些问题的重要途径。本文首先对青岛市城市地下空间开发利用的现状情况进行分析，提出发展中存在的问题。在综合分析青岛市的自然条件、地质条件、水文条件以及现状城市建设的基础上，构筑了青岛市地下空间资源评估体系，对青岛市地下空间资源进行评估，在此基础上，结合青岛市城市总体规划、社会经济发展条件等，对地下交通、地下公共空间、地下市政设施、地下防空防灾等进行系统研究和布局，并提出青岛市地下空间开发利用的施实机制和保障措施，从而推进青岛市节约型城市的建设，实现城市的可持续发展。 关键词：青岛市；地下空间；节约型城市；规划 中图分类号： TU 984 文献标识码：A Underground Space Exploitation Planning Of Qingdao City Pan Lizhen Li Chuanbin (Qingdao urban planning and design research institute, qingdao, shandong province，266071, P.R.China; Tsinghua university,beijing,100084, P.R.China) Abstract: In the light of the problems that exist in qingdao city’s present development, such as the lackage of urban construction landuse and traffic congestion etc., the authors think that underground space exploitation is one of the important way to solve these problems. In this essay, the status quo of underground space exploitation is firstly analyzed, and then the problems were put up. Based on the comprehensive analysis of qingdao city’s natural conditions, geology conditions, hydrological conditions and status quo of urban construction etc., an underground space resource evaluation system of qingdao city is built up, and then the underground space of qingdao city is evaluated. Under the foundation of the evaluation results, and at the same time, with the consideration of qingdao master planning and social and economic development planning etc., the layout of underground space exploitation is researched, which include underground traffic system, underground public spaces, underground municipal utilities etc.. In order to construct a resource-effective and sustainable city in qingdao, the control and management measures and systems in the process
