专业资料整理 完美WORD格式 西藏旅游业可持续发展研究 摘要：旅游业在现代经济社会发展中的作用日益突出，当前我国各地的旅游业呈现出快速发展态势。西藏地区在经济发展方面长期处于落后状态，而且随着经济社会的发展，该地区的旅游业不断兴起。旅游业已经成为推动西藏地区快速发展的主要动力之一，对完善当地经济发展结构，提高居民收入方面都具有非常重要的意义。本文从当地的实际发展出发，在研究中发现西藏旅游业在快速发展的过程中存在着一些问题，主要是当地经济发展比较落后，在很大程度上影响和制约了当地旅游业的进一步发展，基础设施薄弱导致借贷能力比较低，难以满足旅游业快速增长的需求，而且现有的人员比较缺乏，景区规划设计不科学等多种问题对当地旅游的发展产生了消极影响。针对西藏旅游发展过程中存在的问题和不足，提出了相关的应对措施，通过制定完善的旅游发展规划、完善现有的奖惩机制、更新旅游发展观念、采用最新的科学技术方法、加强旅游专业人才培养等多种手段，提升西藏旅游发展。 关键词：西藏旅游业；可持续发展；问题现状；对策分析 Abstract The tourism industry in the modern economic and social development of the role is increasingly prominent, the current tourism industry in China has shown a rapid development trend.
