Thesis mainly divided into four parts, the first part has carried on the SanJing limited liability company pharmaceutical enterprise introduction, from SanJing limited liability company development course, organizational structure and culture to understand SanJing limited liability company. The second part on the financial statements of the SanJing limited liability company pharmaceutical has carried on the thorough analysis. In the third part discusses the analysis found the problems existing in the enterprise management activity, and its forming reasons. In the fourth part puts forward the solution, further promote the optimization of enterprise structure, achieve the purpose of improve enterprise competitiveness in the market.
