PAGE 商业银行房地产信贷风险控制研究 【摘要】近年来,房地产业在经济高速发展的推动下迅速发展,相应而来的房地产信贷需求也不断扩大,同时由于直接与间接融资发展的不平衡,使得融资来源集中于商业银行。在此背景下,商业银行应及时采取合理措施以加强房贷业务的风险控制。本文从分析房贷风险来源入手,着重研究了目前商业银行房地产信贷业务中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的有效对策。 【关键词】商业银行;房地产信贷;风险控制;贷款集中度 Research on the credit risk control of commercial banks Abstract: In recent years, the real estate industry is growing rapidly under the impetus of economy, and accordingly, the demand of real-estate credit expands unceasingly. At the same time, due to the unbalanced development of direct and indirect financing, the financing sources focus on commercial banks. In this context, commercial banks should take reasonable measures to strengthen the risk control of mortgage business. This paper starts with the analysis of the source of mortgage risk, and focuses on the problems existing in the real estate credit business of commercial banks, then puts forward some effective countermeasures for these problems.
