万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 现如今，由于我国高校办学规模不断扩大，从而导致我国高等院校的教学及 相关管理任务压力越来越大。在该背景环境下，各学校为了实现教学质量优异的 教学发展目标，其内部管理的关键强化因素便集中到了教学师资力量的提升上， 而为了确保教学质量以及师资管理的水平提升，设计与实现一套科学、高效的教 学效果评价系统是有着重要的意义和价值的。 课题针对高校的教学评估管理的需求与目标，结合具体学校的特点以及最终 需求目标，基于 B/S 结构模式，选择 Java 相关技术框架作为系统的软件逻辑结构， 以 MySQL 作为系统软件数据库，采用 Java 语言进行编程开发，最终实现了由学 生用户子系统、教师用户子系统、专家用户子系统、管理员用户子系统四大子系 统组成的高校教学评估管理系统。 综上所述，课题系统的成功实现，很好的解决了高校原有的教学评价流程中 存在的环节混乱、评价数据信息易丢失，以及教学质量缺乏有效监督等诸多问题 与困难，从而最终为高校教学质量的提升、教学师资的科学管理起到重要的辅助 意义。 关键词：教学管理，教学评估，评价系统，评价管理 I ABST ABSTRACT Nowadays, as Chinas Universities have been expanding, causing Teaching in universities and related administrative tasks under increasing pressure.Under the background environment, each school teaching quality excellent final teaching in order to achieve development goals, strengthen its internal management of key factors and focus on the promotion of teaching faculty, and in order to ensure the quality of teaching and teaching management level, design and implementation of a scientific and efficient teaching effectiveness evaluation system is of great significance and value.
