摘 要 目前，我国处置城市垃圾的方法主要有卫生填埋、堆肥、焚烧等。卫生填埋和其它处理方法相比，具有投资较少、消纳量大、处理彻底等优点，因而得到了广泛的应用，但近年来，卫生填埋场所产生的环境污染也愈来愈突出，并得到了人们的普遍关注。 西安市江村沟垃圾填埋场始建于1993年，地处西安东郊灞桥区江村附近，是西安市唯一的生活垃圾集中处置场地，总库容4900万立方米。江村沟垃圾填埋场的建成使用，从根本上解决了长期困扰西安的垃圾围城问题。但由于一期建设与竣工运行初期未能严格执行环保“三同时”制度，尤其是未配套建设运行渗滤液处理设施，在环保设施建设上存在先天不足。从投入使用的第二年起，填埋场下游的唐家寨水库就受到渗滤液的污染，之后污染扩大渗入周边地下水。加之垃圾运输填埋产生的臭味、异味，尤其是夏季大量滋生蚊蝇，周围居民要求治理的呼声越来越高。为了正确评价垃圾填埋场目前有待解决的问题，本文对西安市江村沟垃圾填埋场做出环境现状评价,为垃圾填埋场封场设计、运营、管理提供参考。 关键字：城市垃圾，填埋场，环境评价 Abstract At present, municipal waste disposal methods include landfill, composting, incineration etc. Complared with other treatment methods, Sanitary landfill with less investment, Absorptive capacity, total handling, etc, Which has been widely used.
