Abstract

ion is one shor age, which accoun s fo r only 0. 64% of he o al area;② The densi y of popula ion
and indus rial f ac ori es is so high ha here are 28 700 persons and more han 15 indus rial en er-
prises per squa re kilom e er in inner ci y; ③ Urban land use s ruc ure is ou of balance, fo r exam-
