PAGE 中小企业信用风险分析与评价体系研究 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II 摘要 早在160年前，西方经济发达国家便产生了现代信用制度。经过多年的发展，国外的信用评价体系已经发展的非常成熟：信用立法比较完善，信用评价中介服务已经市场化，并具有权威性，相关企业具有较强的企业信用意识和个人信用意识，社会监管体系发展的较为完善。 直到80年代末，我国才开始出现信用机构，现在形成规模的信用评价机构仅有寥寥数家,而我国中小企业规模大、数量多，信用评价机构的发展远远不能满足中小企业发展的需要。 本文立足于我国中小企业的信用评价现状，通过对常用的信用评价方法研究和比较，结合我国中小企业实际，对我国中小企业信用评价的建设提出了一些建议。 关键词 中小企业,信用风险,信用评价 Abstract Long before one hundred and sixty years,Credit system has appeared in developed counties.After years of development, foreign credit evaluation system has developed very mature ： credit and credit evaluation of legislation in the mediation service has been more market-oriented and authoritative, the relevant enterprises have strong sense of credit and credit, and social development of the regulatory system is more perfect. Until the 1980s, china began to appear credit agencies, there are only few big-sized credit evaluation institutions now, but small and medium-sized enterprises in china there is a big scale, many of the quantity, and credit evaluation institutions development cannot satisfy the needs of the development of them. This article is based on the present credit evolution technique of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, it is commonly used method of credit assessment study and, combined with the small and medium-sized enterprises, our credit evaluation of the construction of small and medium-sized enterprises made some suggestions.
