Methods: 106 patients with type 2DM in our hospital were selected for investingation.After brief introduction of the researcher, patients could choose one of the three management modes freely, which was outpatient follow-up combined with home telemanagement, outpatient follow-up combined with telephone follow-up management, and outpatient follow-up only.The patients were asked the reasons of choosing or not choosing telemanagement follow-up mode. Results: About 20.75% patients chose home telemanagement. Different modes selection related to their age, education level, hospitalized wards, HbA1c and blood sugar values when their admission (P0.05). Conclusions: Home telemanagement mode with discharged type 2 DM in our hospital could not be well accepted nowadays.
