摘要进入21世纪以来，在城市化大潮中，城市不断向郊区拓展，郊 摘要 进入21世纪以来，在城市化大潮中，城市不断向郊区拓展，郊 区乡村也在向城市转变，城乡融合过程中的亦城亦乡状态越来越不 适应经济社会发展的要求。在这一背景下，借鉴城镇体系规划、村 镇体系规划的理论和方法，按照城乡居民点统筹规划的理念对特定 区域的城乡居民点体系进行统筹规划具有莺大意义。 本文以长沙大河西先导区为研究对象，在阐述论文的研究背景 和意义的基础上，通过检索国内外有关居民点、城镇体系规划、村 镇体系规划以及城乡统筹规划的文献资料和研究成果，结合长沙大 河西先导区的统计资料和实地调查资料，尝试性地提出了城乡居民 点体系概念及其重构理论。论文较深入地分析了长沙大河西先导区 居民点的布局、演变及其存在的主要问题；总结了长沙大河西先导 区城乡居民点体系重构的约束因素。在实证研究部分，本文提出了 先导区城乡居民点重构的若干思路和原则。论文最后从长沙大河西 先导区城镇窄间发展规划和乡村居民点体系规划两个角度提出了操 作性较强的居民点蕈构方案。 本文认为长沙大河西先导区城镇型居民点宜采取“多组团网络 式”发展模式，本文还选择长沙大河西先导区内的lO个乡镇进行了 乡村居民点体系规划研究，并认为乡村居民点体系规划应包含村庄 综合发展潜力评价、村庄等级体系规划、村庄撤并、村庄转型与分 类改造等内容。 关键词：城乡统筹；居民点体系；重构；长沙大河西先导区 abstactSince abstact Since the entry of the 2 1 st century,in the trend of urbanization，the cities expanding continually to the suburbs；the rural villages also changing into cities at the same time．During the process of integration of city and countrysid，the state of the city-like countryside does not adapt to the socio—economic development day by day．Under such a circumstances，by referring to theories and methods of urban system planning and village system planning，according to the concept of urban and rural settlements comprehensive planning，Unity planing specified area’S settlement systems of urban and rural have great significance． The thesis takes Changsha Pan—Hexi Leading Region as it’S study object．On the basis of elaborating the background and significance of the thesis，by retrieving the relevant literature and practice achievements of settlement，urban system planning，village system planning and urban and rural overall planning both home and abroad；and combining the statistical materials of the the leading region and field investigation，this thesis tentatively put forward the concept and reconstruction theory of the urban—rural dual settlement system．The thesis analyzed the settlements layout、evolution and the existing problems of Changsha Pan--Hexi Leading Region in··depth；and summarized reconstruction constraints of the leading region’S urban and rural se
