中越贸易发展现状及前景分析.doc

. . .. .. 摘 要 当今经济全球化的背景下，国与国之间开展贸易合作不仅有利于优化贸易结构，而且能在世界经济的大潮中获得丰厚的利润。中国与越南两国之间的贸易往来由来已久，尤其是1991年越南和中国外交关系正常化之后，两国经济与贸易关系得到了迅速恢复和发展。 本文首先从贸易发展规模、贸易的商品结构、贸易开放度、显性比较优势指数和越南的贸易方式与渠道五个方面分析了越南对外贸易的现状与特点，得出越南对外贸易的优势和劣势所在。 其次，本文从越中进出口贸易发展现状、越中贸易商品结构和越中双边投资三个方面分析越中双边贸易的发展现状。由此分析出越中双边贸易存在的问题，例如贸易逆差大、贸易总量规模小以及两国货币汇率的影响等。 最后，通过SWOT分析得出越中两国贸易存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，进而对越中两国的贸易发展做出合理性建议。 关键词：越中贸易；贸易现状；制约因素 . . .. Research on the Situation and Prospect of Trade between China and Vietnam ABSTRACT In todays economic globalization background, the trade cooperation between countries is not only beneficial to optimize the structure of trade, but also in the tide of the world economy to reap the profits. China and Vietnam, the trade between the two countries has a long history, especially after the normalization of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China in 1991, economic and trade relations between the two countries got rapid recovery and development. This article first from the trade scale, trade commodity structure, trade openness, dominant comparative advantage index and trade of Vietnam way and channel five aspects analysis the present situation and characteristics of Vietnams foreign trade, it is concluded that Vietnams advantages and disadvantages of foreign trade. Secondly, this article from the current situation of the development of import and export trade, the trade commodity structure and the bilateral investment from three aspects of the analysis of the development of bilateral trade in the status quo. The analysis of the problems existing in the bilateral trade, such as large trade deficit, the scale of trade volume and the impact of currency exchange rate between the two countries. Finally, through the SWOT analysis it is concluded that the trade between the two countries in the existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and the two countries trade development in Vietnam to make reasonable Suggestions.
