西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘 要 现代工程技术的发展对超细物料的需求迅速增长,对粉体颗粒的粒径分布、形 貌等要求越来越高。分级式冲击磨是超细粉碎行业应用比较广泛的设备之一,但对 其理论与实验研究尚有不足。 本文对分级式冲击磨的粉碎理论进行了分析、结构进行了设计、主轴和轴承座 与轴承之间的尺寸配合设计进行了优化,重点对分级式冲击磨阻力损失进行了研究, 通过阻力损失实验得出:分级式冲击磨及其分级机单独运行时各自阻力损失随着转 速的增大而增大,分级机阻力损失的实测曲线与理论推导曲线趋势基本一致;冲击 磨和分级机同时运行时,对两者转向相反与相同两种情况进行了阻力损失实验分析, 研究了两者同时运行对彼此的影响,并对转向相反时无法正常工作的情况作出了分 析。采用FLUENT数值模拟分析了实际生产中粉碎圆盘及其锤头的磨损问题,对其 进行了合理解释并设计了改进方案。本文的研究为分级式冲击磨粉碎系统整体的阻 力设计和配备风机的选择提供了一定的参考依据。 关键词:超细粉碎 应用 分级式冲击磨 阻力损失 FLUENT 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第lI页 Abstract The development of modem engineering technology has increasingly high requirements of the powder particle size and distribution,Granule morphology.Grading impact mill is used widely in crushing industry,but the theory study of this type of grinding equipment is insufficieut. In the thesis,grading theory of impact mill is analyzed and equipment structure is designed,optimize the design of size coordination among main—shaft,shat block and the bearing.The thesis focuses on the impact of the grading resistance loss of grinding,the results shows that:work resistance losses of impact mill and its dassifier are increase with their driving speed.The measured resistance loss curve and the theoretical curves.have the same trend;Analyses the resistance loss of impact mill and dassifier and research of the influence on each other when they running at the same time,Account for the reasons that why equipments can’t work order when turning of the two are opposite.The thesis use FLUENT numerical simulation analysis the wear problem of crushing disc and hammers in particle production,give explanation and improve the design scheme.The study of resistance loss to crushing system provides a reference for choosing the draught fan.
