首都体育学院硕士学位论文 首都体育学院硕士学位论文 北京市中小学体育名师标准及特征研究 Abstract An array of best-kno、vn PE (Physical Education) teachers constitute the outstanding representatives of PE teachers in primary and secondary (including secondary Vocational)schools．A deep，systematic reseaurch into this group of educators could not only e11rich the meory of physical education，but also give certain important guidajlce to the fostering and tr．aining new personality so that they may act competently ．in me cuHiculum．This essay，using a methodology composed of qualitatiVe survey， inVestigation of typical experts，literature review and field work，probes into a number of related issues， inVolVing the staIldards for “celebrated PE teachers”， the characteristics of such teachers，and the law in the gro、机h of such teachers．The research results in the f．ollowing findings： 1．A set of standards for“celebrated PE teachers”are established by autho r．based on a considerable qu肌tity of inteⅣiews aJld literature reView，as、vell as on two rounds of ex锄ination by experts．The standards consist of MORAL、KNOWLEDGE、ABILITY aJld FAME which are premier guide line． MORAL is composed of personality attraction，feeling of fesponsibility and mission ，profound teacher’loVe and the spirit of dedication，the spirit of cooperation It constitutes KNOWLEDGE that is the times and advanced notion of physical education in schools，spoIrtiVe skills in、thich one being professional and the others being master commonly well-knit and systematic knowledge￡出out physical education，abundant knowledge about pedagogics，and the other collrelative knowledge．ABILITY includes the outstanding capability in teaching， me better capabilit)，in research，me better capability in training，the capability in compiling teaching material，me c叩ability in le锄ing for life and self．deVelopment， aJld the c印ability in taking part in sponiVe actiVities of the commun时．FAME includes the welcome aJld admitting of students，acquaintance a11d admitting of colleagues，admitting of
