TB 中华人民共和国铁道部部标准 TB 1387—82 液力传动箱试验方法 1982-08-02发布 - -实施 中华人民共和国铁道部 批 准 目 录 1 总 则··································································································································1 2 性能试验··································································································································1 3 百小时试验······························································································································3 4 耐久性、可靠性试验················································································································4 5 出厂试验··································································································································5 附录A 液力传动箱主要技术资料·································································································8 中华人民共和国铁道部标准 TB 1387—82 液力传动箱试验方法 本标准适用于内燃机车、燃气轮机车和内燃动车的液力传动箱。 1 总 则 1.1试验分类 本标准包括以下四种试验: a. 性能试验; b. 百小时试验; c. 耐久性、可靠性试验; d. 出厂试验。 1.2基本要求 1.2.1液力传动箱在试验台上的安装条件,应该尽可能和机车上一致。水、油、风的流量、温度、压 力等,也应该和机车上运用情况相当。传动油的规格和数量应按图纸规定。通过液力传动箱所驱动的 机车辅助装置(如:电机、风扇等)应该尽可能一同连接试验。 1.2.2液力传动箱通过百小时试验后才允许小批生产(10 台以下)。通过耐久性、可靠性试验后才允 许批量生产。 1.2.3所有检查记录、试验记录及试验报告都应由工作者签字或盖章。 1.2.4测功装置在试验前应进行校值,试验完毕后进行复查。 各项仪表必须按下列标准检定: a. 转数测量误差不大于0.5% ; b. 扭矩测量误差不大于 1%; c. 温度测量误差不大于 1.5% ; d. 压力测量误差不大于 1.5% ; e. 流量测量误差不大于2% 。 1.2.5制造厂可根据本厂液力传动箱和试验设备的特点,在符合本标准规定的原则下,另行编制试验 工作细则。 2 性能试验 2.1性能试验的目的 凡新产品或经重大改进、变型以及转厂生产的液力传动箱,应进行全面的性能测定,以考核其性 能指标是否达到设计或改进的要求。 2.2性
