摘 要 OGC(Open GIS Consortium 即开放地理信息联盟)一直引领着空间地理信息标准 及地理空间基本服务的发展。OGC 制定了一系列关于地理信息共享和地理操作复用 的规范，而地理信息空间数据共享一直是 GIS 的一个重要目标。随着网络的发展， 分布式计算技术、互操作技术以及 Web Service(网络服务)技术的发展成熟，在此基 础上 GIS 领域出现了 GI Service (地理信息服务)技术的概念，使得这一目标的实现 成为可能。 其中，地图服务作为地理数据服务已经被广泛的研究和应用开来。目前，网络 已经出现了各种形式的地图服务，但由于其访问接口的差异性，很难实现其数据的 共享。而 OGC 定义的网络地图服务(WMS)规范制定了统一的访问接口，恰恰解决 了这个问题。鉴于此，本文首先阐述了地理信息服务和地图服务的研究背景与发展 现状，着重探讨了地理信息服务的技术基础-网络服务，地理信息服务的技术框架和 OGC 定义的关于地理信息服务的规范。然后针对最基本的地理信息服务-地图服务， 研究了当前网络上地图服务的原理，针对其数据难以共享的问题，本文研究了 OGC 提出的地理信息服务中的网络地图服务(WMS)原理与规范，并依据 OGC 的简单要 素访问规范(SFA)构建了几何对象模型，基于 Visual Studio 2005 平台进行了 WMS 的设计与实现，并在多个平台中验证了其有效性。 关键词：GI Service；Web Service；OGC；地图服务；WMS Abstract OGC (Open GIS Consortium) has been leading the development of spatial geographic information standards and its basic services. OGC has developed a series of specifications about geographic information sharing and reuse of geographical operations, and geographical information spatial data sharing has been an important goal. With the development of networks, distributed computing technology, interoperability and web service technology become mature gradually, on these bases, there comes the concept of GI Service (Geographic Information Services) technology in the field of GIS, which makes it possible to realize data sharing. Among them, mapping service as a geographical data services has been widely studied and applied. At present, various forms of map services have come out on the network, but because of the differences of their access interfaces, it is difficult to share data. The Web Map Service (WMS) developed by the OGC makes a unified access interface which precisely solves this problem. The article described the research background and current situation of geographic information services and mapping services, and then focused on the technical basis of geographic information services - network services, technical framework of geographic information services, and OGC-defined specification of geographic inform
