volatile oil. Compared with the result obtained from our research before, 9 compounds were the same as before and 10 compounds were new identified ones. Of the new identified 10 compounds (6，7，11，12，13，14，17，18，34，42), compounds 18 and 42 were reported to have good anti-tumor activity; further research needs to be done to check the anti-tumor activity of other 8 compounds. 3. The research on the compatibility of four active compounds：We used Response Surface Method to research the compatibility of four anti-tumor compounds (curcumin ， demethoxycurcumin ， bisdemethoxycurcumin and ar-tumerone) and detected the anti-tumor inhibition ratio on Hela of their combinations. Quadratic model was chosen to fit the got data and seven optimum combinations were obtained. Finally, we explored the interaction of curcumin ， demethoxycurcumin ， bisdemethoxycurcumin and ar-tumerone, which provided a thinking for studying the interaction of complex herb medicines.
