Climate change has great influence to each aspect of natural and human social, at the same time affect the food and all crop production, and it is related to the national economic development and social stability of the global important strategy problem. The impact and coping strategies results of climate change on crop production studied by field survey, experience and paper collection showed that: the climate change had both advantageous and disadvantageous on food security and main crops production.
