The result showed that the substitution of chemical fertilizer by merchandise organic fertilizer had a good economic benefit and could reduce the use of chemical fertilizer, which could relieve the pressure of agricultural non-point pollution caused by chemical fertilizer. The empirical analysis also showed that a positive correlation was found between the farmer’ choice behavior and the cognition of fertilizer and some factors, such as the channel getting information and production scale; A negative correlation was founded between the farmer’s choice behavior a
