Methods: The SAP modelwas established by using retrograde injection of odium Taurocholate into cholangiopancreatic duct. R ats in each group were killed 3, 6, 12 and 24 h( 5 rats for each tmi e point) after operation to determ ine serum levels of amylase, TN -A, IL-1B, IL-6 and IL-8. The pancreas tissues of the rats 24 h after operation were obtained to exam- ine histopathological changes byHE dyeing.
