关于英语版的实习报告 　　Kautex实习报告英语版(与YHC合作完成)　　I participated the exercitation project in Kautex Cancun Plant (a joint venture between Kautex Textron and a local corporation, producing plastic fuel tanks for FAW-Volkswagen, FAW-Mazda and Shanghai GM) from July 10th to August 2nd. I took part in the work of several departments of the plant and the achievements are as follows.　　 Technical Department　　 visit the assembly lines　　 analyze the structure of PQ35 as an example of the products　　 analyze each process of the production　　 audit the technical discussing of the engineers　　 Management Department　　 training of 6-Sigma with DMIAC　　 training of 7-Waste / Muda　　 understand the idea　　 audit the daily conference of the company executives　　 Project Department　　 study of process diagram of Kautex project system　　 project management case study　　 Quality Control department　　 watch the operation of CAQ system on the assembly line　　 analyze the internal problems of system failure　　 study some criteria of automobile industry　　 TS 16949 / ISO 14001　　 QS 9000 /　/ OHSAS 18001　　 experiments　　 observation of section slices of the fuel tanks　　 measuring the actual size of a fuel tank (PQ-35) in a three dimensional frame　　 Others　　 visit assembly line of FAW-Volkswagen Plant　　This exercitation offers me practical experience and new knowledge of modern way of production and management.
