长北气田水平井井眼失稳技术研究 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 摘 要 长北气田地处鄂尔多斯盆地北部，是国内气田的重点开发项目。该气田储层地质复杂，井壁岩石易塌，易碎。泥岩，煤层交替出现，对水平井的钻井带来了了极大的困难。钻进过程中经常发生井壁失稳，给钻井工程带来了极大的困难和经济损失，在已开发的数口双分支水平井中大多发生过井眼失稳的情况。 对此，基于对水平井井眼力学的分析，结合长北气田的几口水平井的钻井过程和参数，分析不同井段、不同地层的井眼失稳机理。在钻具组合方面，在尽可能少换钻具组合的前提下，根据地层特性选用适应于该地层的钻具组合；同样在钻井参数上，保证必要的机械钻速的条件下也要符合井眼稳定性的要求；最后，钻井液性能方面，对钻井液的密度平衡井眼压力，钻井液中的各种防塌剂、润滑剂、降失水剂等对井眼稳定作用的分析。 关键词：长北气田，井眼失稳，坍塌 ，煤层，钻井液 The Changbei horizontal wellbore instability technical research Abstract Changbei gas field is located in the Northern Ordos basin, is the focus of domestic gas field development project.
