中国农学通报 2011,27(20):71-75 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 蟾酥注射液佐剂对鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎 二联活疫苗免疫效果的影响 李敬双，于 洋，唐雨顺，张玉科，李 明，田莉莉 （辽宁医学院，辽宁锦州121001） 摘 要：为了观察蟾酥注射液对鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎二联活疫苗的调节作用，采用中药免疫药理学 方法，选择不同浓度的蟾酥注射液与鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎二联活疫苗联合使用，作为试验组。于 7、14、21、28、35、42 、49 、56 日龄，通过静脉采集血液，采用MTT 法，检测外周血T、B 淋巴细胞吸光度值 （OD 值）；采用β-微量法，检测血清中新城疫和传染性支气管炎抗体效价。结果显示，所有试验组中，蟾 酥注射液均能够显著提高外周血T、B 淋巴细胞OD 值，中剂量组（0.25 mg/mL ）T、B 淋巴细胞OD 值最 大；蟾酥注射液能够显著提高血清中新城疫和传染性支气管炎抗体效价，中剂量组免疫后期抗体存在时 间长，抗体高峰期持续时间也长。因此，说明蟾酥注射液是鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎二联活疫苗有效 的免疫佐剂。 关键词：蟾酥注射液；佐剂；疫苗；免疫效果 中图分类号：S859 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2011-0432 TheInfluenceofVenenumBufonisInjectionAdjuvantImmuneEffecton NewcastaleDiseaseandInfectiousBronchitisLiveVaccine LiJingshuang,YuYang,TangYushun,ZhangYuke,LiMing,TianLili （Liaoning Medical University,JinzhouLiaoning121001） Abstract: Inthepresentstudy,researchersobservedtheregulatingactionofvenenumbufonisinjectionon Newcastale disease (ND) and infectious bronchitis (IB) live vaccine.
