b b b b XX矿煤炭提升系统设计 摘要 根据XX矿的实际情况对其主井提升系统进行设计与选型。矿山提升设备是沿井筒提升煤炭、矸石，升降人员和设备，下放材料的大型机械设备。它是矿山井下生产系统和地面工业广场相连接的枢纽，是矿山运输的咽喉。因此，矿井提升设备在矿山生产的过程中占有极其重要的地位。我国矿井提升设备的发展已经历了50余年的历史，并有数家公司生产矿井提升机。中信重工机械股份有限公司是矿井提升机的设计制造主导企业，已生产JK和JKM系列矿井提升机4300余台，国内市场占有率88％。本设计因为XX矿四盘区的采煤量达，输送距离长，采用4条带式输送机来完将进底车场的原煤运送到选煤厂。本设计主要是对其中一条带式输送机进行设计，其他两条进行选型设计。 关键词：斜井；提升系统；带式输送机；选型设计。 b b b b Abstract According to the actual situation on the Bay mine design and selection of the main shaft hoisting system.Mine lifting equipment is to upgrade the coal, gangue, lift personnel and nderground production system and the ground industrial square to connect the hinge, is the mine transportation throat.Therefore, the mine hoisting equipment in the mine production process occupies the extremely important position.The development of mine hoist equipment has experienced more than 50 years of history, and several companies to produce mine hoist.CITIC Heavy Machinery Limited by Share Ltd is the design and manufacturing of the mine elevator leading enterprise, has produced JK and JKM series of mine hoist more than 4300 units, domestic market share of 88%.This design because the Bay mine panel mining capacity of conveying distance is long, the three belt conveyor to complete will be at the end into the yard of coal sent to coal preparation plant.This design mainly carries on the design to one of the belt conveyer, the other two carries on the design for the type.
