西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第l页 中文摘要 居住区商业建筑是一类特殊的建筑类别，它与居民的生活联系紧密而且增 强了居住区的开放性和活力。在房地产飞速发展的今天，居住区商业环境的优 劣直接关系到居民购物活动的便利程度和休闲娱乐的选择余地因而倍受居民关 注。然而居住区商业建筑的发展现状不尽如人意，对它的研究有很强的现实意 义． 论文首先对居住区商业建筑的概念进行了界定；其次，详细阐述了我国居 住区商业建筑的发展演变过程及其现阶段的使用状况和存在问题，从宏观角度 对我国居住区商业建筑的存在类型进行分析研究，深入探讨不同类型居住区商 业建筑的特点；剖析了我国居住区商业建筑的发展演变特征，并对居住区商业 建筑的业态进行规划梳理。 然后，结合以上研究成果，从建筑设计的角度总结出居住区商业建筑的总 体规划布局原则，对居住区商业建筑的三种主要类型(临街商业店铺、集中式 商业中心和步行商业街)进行分门别类的一一研究，研究的重点置于内外空间 的处理，强化建筑内外环境设计的协调和商业氛围营造上。最后，对当前我国 居住区商业建筑设计提出了两点建议，对其未来发展趋势进行了展望和预测。 通过本文的探讨，以期对居住区商业建筑的设计和改进有所启发。从而创 造出更多符合居民生活方式，富有精神和物质内涵的居住区商业建筑空间。 关键词，居住区，商业建筑，设计探析 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1I页 Abstract The commercial architecture in the resident area is a type of special bui lding category．It is close with the residents’l iving contact and strengthens opennity and vitality．Today flown to development in the realty,the 900d or bad that 1ive in the resident area relates to the convenience degree of the shopping activity and the choice 1eeway of the recreational amusement directly as a result is doubly pay attention to by the residents．However the deveIopment condition of commercial architecture in the resident arba is not exhausted such as person’S idea．So there have very strong realistic meaning to its research． Firstly the thesis carried on a define to the concept that commercial architecture in the resident area；Secondly，elaborated the development and the conditions and the problems of the commercial space of housing nowadays．Carry on a thorough research to the existent forms of the commercial architecture of housing from the macroscopical point of view． Go deep into inquiring the characteristics of the different forms：And to plan the type of com怕rcail operation from the point of view of architecture project． Then，combine an above research result，tally up a total programming layout principles that commercial architecture in the resident area from the angle of the building design．Carry on classify to three kinds of main types(the stores f
