万方数据 万方数据 Residential area car branch model research A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Zha Cheng Supervisor：Associate Prof.Yu Hanxue Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 近年来,随着我国经济的发展,人民生活水平不断提高,机动车进入家庭己是 必然趋势,我们必须清醒地认识到世界人口不断增长、城市不断发展、人类的生 存空间变得日益狭小,创造高质量的人居环境己成为时代主题。由于我国人多地 少的矛盾非常突出,机动车走入家庭、走进居住小区后,必然带来一系列的问题, 而居住问题是当代中国重要的社会问题之一,中国经济的发展要求我们建立适宜 的人居环境。 本文纵览了“人车分行”在居住区道路设置层面上的发展历程，通过对大量居 住小区道路设计的实例分析，总结了居住小区中人车分行的设计方法与选择条 件，引出了在居住小区中创立“复合式人车和谐“道路系统的思考，力求在居住区 的开发、布局、交通及环境设置等方面形成一个可操作性的模式。 本文从目前大量居住小区的建设，基于目前居住小区道路交通规划的相关理 论，以目前西安大量小区规划为例，研究人车分行道路交通模式的原则，设计方 法以及存在的问题，探索在当前社会背景下，提出西安居住区道路交通规划发展 前景与相关设计建议，真正做到以人为本的居住区设计理念，为以后西安城的可 持续发展做出应有的贡献。 文章第一章绪论主要是文章研究的背景、目的、意义和框架，第二章是对居 住小区道路交通的一个综述，包括对国内外现状的分析，对交通模式选择的分析， 第三章是文章的调研部分，通过调研总结出人车分行的优缺点，第四章是人车分 行相关系统的研究，包括步行系统、动态交通和静态交通，在以上基础上提出复 合式人车和谐的组织模式的设计原则和方法，最后提出自己对未来的展望。 关键词：居住小区，人车分行，复合式人车和谐，动态交通 I 万方数据 万方数据 Abstract In recent years, as Chinas economic development, peoples living standards improve, the vehicle into the family has been an inevitable trend, we must clearly recognize that the world population is growing, the city continues to develop, humans are becoming increasingly cramped living space, creating high-quality living environment has become theme of the times.
