The main achievements are as follows: 1) a comprehensive platform has been established integrating data and business systems such as water con- servancy, hydrology, national land and meteorology. It can solve the problem of scattered information resources and improve the utilization of data. 2) A set of flood prevention decision support system and conference communication platform have been established, which provided corresponding information services for flood prevention conferences, realized consultation based on information integration of various departments, and information display of flood prevention and drought relief consultation system. 3) A sound emergency response mechanism has been established to determine the relationship between the units in the emergency response and the disposal measures.
