农林飞机结构防腐蚀设计指南

前言
我国研制专用农林飞机起步较晚,对结构防腐蚀考虑不够充分,基
本上是套用军用飞机结构设计理念,进行防腐蚀设计,选择防腐蚀涂层。
使用表明,机体防腐蚀能力明显不如国外飞机好。2003 年经国防科工委
批准,开展“农林飞机结构防腐蚀设计技术”课题研究。洪都航空工业
集团率头,605 所、623 所、522 厂、西工大等单位参加,进行了两年多
的研究。对农林飞机结构腐蚀严重程度有了深刻认识,基本上摸清了腐
蚀原因,提出了解决办法。
农林飞机的主要腐蚀介质已不是潮湿大气,而是农药浸泡。结构已
不是缓慢轻微腐蚀,而是蒙皮很快烂通,长桁烂断。
尽管农林飞机腐蚀环境恶劣,但如果分析农林飞机性能特点,了解
作业方式和农药制剂之后,选择合理的结构型式、材料和机械连接,采
用耐农药侵蚀的涂层,结构防腐蚀能力会有明显提高的。
本文是两年多的研究总结,由于时间短,技术水平有限,一定会有
不妥之处,敬请读者批评指正。
