2017年度申报专业技术职务任职资格 评审答辩论文 题 目： 全范围模拟机数字仪控系统全仿方案 作者姓名： 徐 奎 单 位： 核动力运行研究所 申报职称： 高级工程师 专 业： 控制工程与仿真 二○一七 年 七 月 六 日  全范围模拟机数字仪控系统全仿方案 徐奎 （中核武汉核电运行技术股份有限公司 仿真中心 湖北 武汉） 摘要：全范围模拟机是核电操纵员的培训的重要手段。当前各家核电模拟机厂商根据项目的特点会采用不同的方式来开发模拟机产品。本文将介绍一种全范围模拟机数字仪控系统二层软件全仿方案，该方案在项目的不同阶段分别运用了设计数据组态、翻译两种方式。在开发阶段，确保电厂培训的进度要求，开发了DCS二层仿真软件运行平台，将设计院的设计文件作为仿真工程输入进行工程组态，降低了项目的执行风险。而在数据修正阶段，开发了模拟机数据翻译工具，将DCS厂商的全厂工程数据格式翻译转换成仿真运行平台能运行的数据格式，从而提高了工程数据的仿真精度。该全仿方案在国内的核电模拟机研制中属于首次采用。 项目的测试和实际运行结果表明：模拟机软件外观和操作感受与实际DCS保持一致，而且性能指标满足实际DCS的技术指标，满足了核电厂模拟机培训的进度要求，并相对于虚拟实物模拟方案大幅降低了造价。 关键词：核电；模拟机；仪控系统；全模拟 Implementation of Full Simulation for Nuclear Power Plant IC System Xu Kui (CNPO CO.,LTD, SEC Department, WuHan HuBei) Abstract:. Full scope simulator is an essential mean to training operators in nuclear power plants. There are various approaches through which simulator can be implemented. In this paper, a full simulation scheme is introduced, which combines the characteristics of translation and designing data configuration. At development stage, a run-time platform is built, simulation data which comes from designing institute is used, the schedule of operator training is satisfied. At adjustment stage, with translation tools, engineer data from real nuclear plant is transformed into simulation data which is able to run on the simulator. It is a novel approach to implement nuclear simulator in China. When the simulator is tested and utilized, the progress of training is ensured, and the functions and performances of simulator are content to the requirements.Furthermore, comparing to the emulation scheme, the cost of simulator can be greatly decreased by implementing full simulation scheme .
