Instruction: a．行车必须由专人操作。熟知安全操作规程、维护保养常识。 Crane must operate by special person who are familiar with the safety operate procedure and the common sense of the maintenance and repair. b．试车：空载下运转，检查各运转机构、控制系统、安全装置，均应灵敏准确、安全可靠。 Commissioning: operate under no-load.
