The memory mainly adopts a photoelectric coupler circuit to detect the precise storage position of the passport and the position information will be related to the basic information of the passport holder, after which the information will be saved to a database. Release the microcontroller unit (MCU) to drive a stepper motor to rotate with a precise step number up to putting the passport to be released to an indicated window position. The whole system functions realized automation and intellectualization of the passport release process. The release system has a high storage capacity of certificates, works smoothly, and responds fast. Every process has a voice prompt and an error correction function. By calling the intranet database of the public security syst
