吉林农业大学发展学院 毕业论文 我国进出口商品检验存在的问题及对策研究 [摘 要] 我国加入世贸组织后，外资机构进一步涌入中国市场，渗透至各个行业, 也包括商检行业。检验行业在中国属于朝阳产业，检验工作对于促进对外经济贸易的 发展发挥重要的作用。随着中国对外贸易、市场经济还有改革开放的发展，检验的需 求在持续增加，我国国内情况和所处的国际环境都发生了巨大的变化，原有的检验模 式已不能适应市场经济和对外贸易发展的需要，而国内检验机构发展还不成熟，外资 检验机构的强势介入，给国内检验机构带来严峻的挑战，基层的困惑越来越多，工作 越来越难做，危机越来越严重。如何在激烈的竞争中生存、发展、取胜，是我国进出 口商品检验工作面临的严重的现实问题。论文阐述我国进出口商品检验的现状、存在 的问题，从检验制度、检验机构、检验信息利用等方面提出我国进出口商品检验工作 的改革发展的方向、具体对策、措施等。 [关键词] 监管模式 商品检验 对外贸易 社会经济 吉林农业大学发展学院 毕业论文 TheExistenceProblemAndCountermeasuresResearchOf ChinaImportAndExport CommodityInspection [Abstract] After Chinas accession to the WTO, foreign institutions further into Chinese market, infiltration to each industries. Inspection industry in China belongs to sunny industry, inspection work for the promotion of foreign trade and economic development has played an important role. With the development of Chinas foreign trade and the market economy and the reform and opening up the development of the depth of the inspection, demand continues to increase, chinas domestic situation and the international environment has undergone tremendous changes, the original test mode to already cannot get used to market economy and foreign trade development needs, while domestic inspection mechanism is not yet ripe for the development, the strong involvement of foreign inspection agency, to the domestic testing institutions bring grim challenge, basic puzzles are getting more and more, work more and more difficult to do, the crisis is more and more serious.
