Thus, to cite the power of the country bulit the Tibetan (Qinghai-Tibet Plateau) into the largest photovoltaic application market in domestic as well as the worlds, should serve as a national strategy to implement. Is mainly about the construction of the GW-class desert photovoltaic grid-connected power plants and off-grid stand-alone PV power station. In this paper,some suggestions based of Tibetan photovoltaic industry and market large-scale development, the photovoltaic industry strive to become the most important pillar industry of Tibet and promotion of China to move toward solar power industry.
