Abs tract: T his paper introduces a w ay to mi plem ent RF filter by u sing norm a lizat ion algorithm in comb ination w ith
the c lassic Foster m ethod. The design of passive LC preselected filter of dedicated SW receiver RF front-end illu s-
trated and the possib le so lut ions concern ing the prob lem s are discu ssed tha tm ay occur in the design procedure. The
special smi ulat ion so fwt are is em ployed to smi u late the preselected filter to realize the requ irem ents of the system.
