I I 摘要 民国建筑是南京城市文化特色的重要组成部分，鼓楼区颐和路民国公馆区又是南京民国建筑中 保存较为完整的历史街区，作为民国历史文化体现的建筑群，在保护与开发过程中要严格遵守《文 物保护法》的相关规定。本文在对颐和路民国公馆区实地调研的基础之上，对其形成原因、原貌与 现状进行分析，从《文物保护法》出发，规划具体的保护方案，并提出相应的保护措施。借鉴其它 历史街区的成功保护经验，对颐和路民国公馆区改造过程中存在的不足之处进行分析，以文物建筑 与历史街区为切入点，将保护与开发有机协调起来，提出合理的保护与开发对策，为打造出具有南 京特色的民国品牌文化出谋划策。 关键词：文物法规，南京颐和路，民国公馆区，建筑遗产，保护与开发 II II Abstract The construction built in Republic of china period is an important part of the city characteristic of Nanjing. The residence area built in Republic of china period located in Yihe Road Gulou District is a more complete historical blocks. As a architectural complex which can reflect the culture of Republic of china period, people should according Law of the Peoples Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics to Protection and Utilization.This paper will make analysis the shape reason, original appearance and current situation base on survey. According to Law of the Peoples Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics to make a protect case and come up with protective measures. Take example by other success case,analysis the shortcomings. Make landmark and historical block as a point to do Protection and Utilization.Cultural Relics as mean line to study on the analysis for the protection and how to make advantage of them On the basis of investigation, to explore the reasonable strategy to protection and utilization during new period, and make deep discuss about the development and utilization measure.
