Marine aquaculture in China has experienced five wave which is the algae farming, shrimp farming, shellfish farming, fish farming, sea cucumber farming. This paper will study the present situation, periodicity, influence factors of the marine aquaculture, shrimp aquaculture, fish farming industry. And study the cyclical and intrinsic motivation of marine aquaculture. Based on the study of marine aquaculture, prawn aquaculture and fish farming, They have gone through periods of start, development, prosperity and decline. And now they are in the stage of the decline. So we need to analyze the influence factors of its development. The influence factors of development is complex.
